PROCUREMENT
LOTEW purchases logs unique logs to fulfill custom furniture orders as well as live edge slabs.

Initial consultations are free of charge if a contract is developed, otherwise the consultation will incur a charge of $100 for my time and travel expenses.
Once Contract Is Established:

Forest/Wildlife management plan preparation is $10-15/acre depending on the size and complexity of the property. This includes property line delineation, comprehensive mapping, and plan writing.

Timber sale administration will be on a commission basis 8-15% depending on the quality of the sale. It takes more time to tally a pulpwood or low grade sale than a quality sawtimber sale hence a higher commission.

You can choose to do one or both options. You are not obligated to do a management plan if you only want a timber harvest done.

Once a forest management plan is established based on landowners goals and objectives, a contract is established typically on 2 years terms to monitor market conditions as well as a 50/50 or 60/40 logger/landowner split depending on timber quality. The forest management plan cost is included in the percentage split.
CUSTOM FURNITURE

Custom furniture will be on a preorder basis. All I need from you is an idea/picture, preferred species, table base material if applicable, and a budget to give you a quote. I require 25% down on all orders over $1000. Projects usually take 2 months to complete. The Logosol Mill can come to you or a local log yard. Cost is dependent on location and log size.
